Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel truly satisfied with your purchase from Raamro Style. If for any reason you’re not, please read through our return and exchange guidelines below:

1. Returns

  • If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • The item must be in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • No returns on stitched or ready-made outfits.

 2. Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes after 48 hours.

3. Custom or Bespoke Items

  • Custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return transit.

5. Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Product & Colour Variations

  • Product images are for reference only. Actual items may vary slightly in fabric, colour, or detailing due to lighting or craftsmanship.

7. Condition of Returns

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in unwashed condition with tags attached.
  • Damaged, stained, or altered items will not be accepted.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Exchange Process

  • Please contact us within 48 hours for exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference for higher-value items must be covered by the customer.

10. Faulty Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Faults reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for support.

11. After 48 Hours

  • We cannot process any returns, exchanges, or refunds after 48 hours.
  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

12. Exchange & Return Shipping Fees

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for exchanges or returns.

13. Final Sale

  • Purchases made in-studio or at exhibitions are final sale and sold as seen. These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
